All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your package ships.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders or delays from our eco-friendly suppliers, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you by email if this occurs.

🚚 Shipping Times

We partner with a network of sustainable and ethical suppliers — many of whom ship directly to you. Typical delivery times are:

  • U.S. orders: 7–14 business days

  • International orders: 10–21 business days

Some handcrafted or specialty items may take longer, and delivery times can vary depending on your location and the supplier’s warehouse.

Whenever possible, we use recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials. Some suppliers also ship directly from their eco-friendly facilities, reducing carbon emissions associated with warehousing and transport.
